Ssangyong C&E reports earnings of ￦71.6 billion in Q2

The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 79.3 billion won in operating profit for the quarter, compared with 90.8 billion won a year ago. Sales rose 8 percent to 416.1 billion won.
The operating profit was 11.9 percent lower than the average estimate, according to the survey by Yonhap Infomax. The estimate of net profit was not available.
