From right, John Rim, CEO of Samsung Biologics; Cho Yong-byoung, CEO of Shinhan Financial Group; Kim Eun-mee, the 17th president of Ewha Womans University; Nigel Topping, Britain's high level champion for climate action at COP26; Jeong Eun-bo, governor of the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS); Yoon Jong-kyoo, chairman of KB Financial Group; Kim Jun, CEO of SK Innovation; Choi Eun-seok, CEO of CJ CheilJedang; and Simon Smith, British Ambassador to Korea, have a talk after signing a memorandum of understanding to form a task force to conduct a project that would limit the rise in temperature in response to the ongoing climate change challenges at the British Embassy on Monday. Led by the FSS, the Frontier 1.5D project is expected to address uncertainties associated with climate change by analyzing the financial impact of climate change and climate response policies such as green house reductions.
