Girl group aespa tops music charts with latest release

Girl group aespa reached the No. 1 spot on various weekly music charts on Monday with its new EP “Savage,” which was released on Oct. 5.

Hanteo Chart, Synnara Record and Kyobo Bookstore released their weekly charts, which were all topped by aespa’s newest release.

The title track “Savage” instantly ranked at the top after the release of the EP. The EP also hit the top spot on iTunes Top Album charts in 19 countries, as well as No. 1 on local charts in China and Japan.

The girl group plans to continue to entertain fans with the release of its performance of “Savage” on Oct. 12 through its official YouTube channel.
