SK Broadband ranked first among high-speed internet and IPTV service providers in the Korean Customer Satisfaction Index (KSCI) measured by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).

SK Telecom, the parent company of SK Broadband, remained the frontrunner in the mobile communication category of the KSCI for the twenty-fourth consecutive year as well, which makes SK Telecom the only company that came out on top in all three major customer satisfaction indexes for the 22nd year in a row.

“SK Broadband will continue to lead the industry as the trendsetter and provide customers with innovative service,” an official at SK Broadband said.

Improving service quality is the top priority for SK Broadband, as the company is actively collecting customers’ opinions through various channels from a wide range of age groups.

Moreover, SK Broadband’s Lovely B tv offers a range of services, putting customer satisfaction first and foremost. SK Broadband launched the broadcasting subsidiary Media S in April to provide unique and exclusive content for viewers, the company added.

SK Broadband is also pursuing sustainability and a transition to green energy. The company joined the global RE100 initiative with 7 other SK affiliates, declaring that it would replace all electricity generated by fossil fuels with renewable energy.

SK Broadband is investing in developing eco-friendly products as well, while holding campaigns to promote environmental protection and help neighbors in need.
