HYBE says BTS has no affiliation with 'scam' cryptocurrency ARMY Coin

HYBE, the management company behind BTS, issued an official statement Friday saying that the boy band has no affiliation with the recently listed "Army Coin."
“HYBE has no connection to this cryptocurrency whatsoever,” the statement reads. “We had no proper negotiations regarding this Singapore-based cryptocurrency regarding BTS promoting the platform.”
HYBE warned that the cryptocurrency promotes itself as being “created to maximize BTS’s profit,” which is a “scam.”
HYBE also added that it is looking into taking legal action regarding the violation of BTS members' portrait rights.
