Prosecutors again requested arrest warrants for Kim Man-bae, a major shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu, an asset management company at the center of the Daejang-dong land development scandal, and two lawyers Nam Wook and Jeong Min-yong, both suspected of having been involved, on Monday, 19 days after their earlier request was denied by a court.
