Hyun Bin to star in upcoming spy film ‘Harbin’

Actor Hyun Bin will star in the upcoming espionage action film “Harbin,” according to production company Hive Media Corp. on Tuesday.  
 
The film, set in the early 1900s, will tell the story of freedom fighters of the Korean independence movement who were active in Harbin, China, fighting against Japanese colonial rule (1910-1945).
 
Director Woo Min-ho behind films “Inside Men” (2015), “The Drug King” (2018) and “The Man Standing Next” (2020) will helm the film.
 
Filming is set to begin next year.
