Asiana Airlines receives two awards from Global Traveler

Asiana Airlines received the Best Airline for Onboard Service and Best Airline for Flight Attendants awards from Global Traveler, the airline said Wednesday.
Global Traveler is a U.S. travel magazine publisher founded in 2004. It annually holds the Global Traveler Tested Awards, where airlines are recognized based on survey results from magazine subscribers.
Asiana Airlines said it has received the awards for 18 consecutive years.
The company said that it is happy to have received the awards "amid the deep decline in passenger flights due to Covid-19." The airline added that it will prepare for the post Covid-19 era by resuming more international routes when conditions allow.
Korean Air Lines also received two awards from the Global Traveler: International First-Class and Business-Class Seat Design.
The carrier said that its effort to "continuously invest to offer premium services and improve service" contributed to it receiving the award.
