Boy band 2AM collabs with Kakao Webtoon for new song

Boy band 2AM is collaborating with Kakao Webtoon “We’re Not Dating” (translated) to release a song “1 Second 1 Minute 1 Hour” on Jan. 11, according to production company Toon Studio Wednesday.

“1 Second 1 Minute 1 Hour” is a ballad based on the female protagonist Go Soo-ah’s state of mind. The lyrics talk about not getting over a first love.

“We’re Not Dating” centers on a love triangle between Soo-ah and her two romantic interests, Baek Hoo-beom and Gi Cho-rong. Hoo-beom is Soo-ah’s first love.

2AM debuted in 2008 and has released hit songs such as “This Song” (2008), ”Never Let You Go” (2010) and “You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls” (2010). The band released an album titled “Ballad 21 F/W” last November, its first full-length album in seven years since its last “Let’s Talk” in 2014.
