Four members of boy band Omega X test positive for Covid-19

Four members of Omega X tested positive for Covid-19, according to the boy band's agency Spire Entertainment on Sunday.

“Members Jaehan, Hangyeom, Jehyun and Junghoon tested positive for Covid-19,” wrote the agency on the boy band’s official fan cafe on Sunday.

“The four members are in quarantine following guidelines. Apart from slight headaches, they are showing no other symptoms. Other members and staff have tested negative and are in quarantine. None are showing symptoms.”

Spire added that all of the 11-member group are fully vaccinated and have also received booster shots.

Omega X just dropped its second EP “Love Me Like” on Jan. 5, but the agency decided to “cancel all its schedules for the next two weeks.”

The boy band debuted in June last year with its first EP “Vamos” and has released songs such as “What’s Goin’ On” (2021) and “Love Me Like” (2022). The band consists of members Jaehan, Hwichan, Sebin, Hangyeom, Taedong, Xen, Jehyun, Kevin, Junghoon, Hyuk and Yechan.
