In reaction to negative attacks from the campaign of Lee Jae-myung, presidential candidate of the ruling Democratic Party (DP), the campaign of rival Yoon Suk-yeol of the opposition People Power Party (PPP), is counterattacking by raising suspicions over favoritism he allegedly received from a prosecutor over his dubious deals as head of Seongnam FC, the city’s football club, and over the special treatment his son allegedly received at a hospital during military service.
