Comedian Cho Sae-ho recovers from Covid, gets back to business

Comedian Cho Sae-ho has recovered from Covid-19, his agency image9comms said Friday.

“Cho received treatment at home for the past seven days and can return to his normal activities starting today,” the agency said in a statement.

The agency said that Cho had received three doses of Covid-19 vaccines.

“During his quarantine, Cho did not exhibit any symptoms and treated the virus with medicine provided by health authorities,” the statement reads. “He will return to filming shows he is regularly appearing in, including [tvN’s] ‘You Quiz on the Block,’ and for advertisements and new shows.”

Cho, because he has received three jabs, will not need to take an additional PCR test but will be tested for the virus again some time in the future.

Cho debuted in 2001 as a comedian under SBS. He is best known as a cast member of tvN’s variety talk show “You Quiz on the Block.” Currently he is also a host on “Cho Sae-ho’s Wine Bar” on KBS’s YouTube channel, in which he introduces and tastes various kinds of wines with guest stars.
