TV personalities Jun Hyun-moo, 45, and Lee Hye-sung, 30, have recently broken up, their agency SM C&C announced Tuesday.
“As their relationship began as close colleagues who both began their career as news reporters, they’ll continue to support each other despite ending their romantic relationship,” the agency said in a statement. “Regardless of their situation, SM C&C will continue to manage and represent both of them.”
The agency also asked the fans to show support for the two.
“It would’ve been difficult for them to make the decision because their relationship had gone public. So please respect their decision,” the agency added.
Jun and Lee went public with their relationship in November 2019. Jun is one of the most active TV personalities, hosting popular entertainment programs like “I Live Alone” on MBC and KBS’s “Boss in the Mirror.” He began his career as a news reporter at KBS and made a successful transition to an entertainer in 2012.
Lee also became a KBS news reporter in 2016 and became a freelancer TV personality in May 2020, signing a contract with SM C&C. Lee hosts programs including “Naked History” on tvN.
