Kasa Korea offers fourth property, first in Yeouido

Kasa Korea chose Excon Venture Tower in Yeouido, western Seoul, to offer on its real estate investment platform.

The company's mobile app can be used to purchase and trade fractional ownership of buildings in Korea. It issues digital asset-backed securities (DABS) representing ownership of a building and sells them to investors.

Kasa Korea will offer 1.64 billion won ($1.4 million) worth of DABS for the ninth floor of the Excon Venture Tower, which is currently being rented by an IT firm, Kona Mobility.

The building is near National Assembly Station on Line 9. It is the fourth property offered by Kasa Korea and the first outside of Gangnam, southern Seoul.

The offer to investors for the space in Yeouido will be made on its platform for two days starting March 3.
