Boy band Stray Kids canceled some promotional activities for its latest EP after a third member tested positive for Covid-19, according to its agency JYP Entertainment on Monday.

"Member Seungmin tested positive for the virus on Sunday," said the agency in a statement. "He does not have any serious symptoms and is being treated for the virus at-home."

Stray Kids' Changbin and Han tested positive on Friday.

Following the string of Covid-19 infections among Stray Kids members, the agency said that it decided to cancel the band's radio appearances for Monday and Tuesday.

It added that more of the band's upcoming activities may be postponed or canceled.

The band was slated to participate in promotional activities throughout March including fan meets and radio appearances after it dropped a new EP "Oddinary" on Friday.

"We will announce more specifics about the band's future activities after internal discussions," said a staff member from JYP Entertainment.

Stray Kids debuted in 2018 and consists of members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin and I.N. The band has had hits such as “My Pace” (2018), “Miroh” (2019), “God's Menu” (2020), “Back Door” (2020) and “Thunderous” (2021). Its second full-length album “Noeasy” (2021) sold over 1.3 million copies. That album’s lead track, “Thunderous,” ranked No. 1 on several local music shows.
