BTS member Jungkook tested positive for Covid-19, according to Big Hit Music on Tuesday.
"Jungkook left Korea on March 27 for the Grammy Awards after receiving a negative PCR test result," said the agency in a statement. "When he arrived in Las Vegas, Jungkook had a slight sore throat so he immediately underwent another PCR test which confirmed that he had been infected."
The agency added that Jungkook is currently in self-quarantine and receiving outpatient treatment. He does not have any serious symptoms.
Jungkook's future activities in the United States will be determined according to the local Covid-19 regulations. "We are closely communicating with the organizers of the events," said the agency. It is unclear whether Jungkook will be able to attend the Grammys on April 2.
Jungkook is the last BTS member to have tested positive for the virus. Before Jungkook, J-Hope contracted the virus on March 24.
BTS members Jimin, RM and Jin left for Las Vegas on March 28 to attend the Grammy Awards.
Jungkook took an earlier plane out of the country due to a separate event.
J-Hope will fly out after his quarantine period ends at the end of March.
BTS is in the running for best pop duo or group performance at the 64th Grammy Awards.
After the awards, the band is slated for a four-day in-person concert in the United States.
