Seventeen is releasing its first English-language digital single on April 15, Pledis Entertainment said Friday.

The song will be part of Seventeen’s fourth full-length album, which is due in May.

“This is the first time Seventeen will drop an English song as a digital single,” Pledis said in a statement. “It is a song that expresses what Seventeen wants to say to its fans in its own style. There will be a project called “TEAM SVT” where Seventeen and Carat [the name of Seventeen’s fan base] become one.”

Seventeen debuted in 2015 with the EP "17 Carat." Seventeen is a 13-member multinational boy band best known for "Adore U" (2015), "Don't Wanna Cry" (2017) and "Ready to Love" (2021). It consists of members S.coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino.

The band’s Japanese EP “Power of Love” (2021) was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan in January.
