'Butter (Hotter Remix)' is 37th BTS song to pass 100M views

BTS's 37th music video recorded 100 million views during the weekend with the song "Butter (Hotter Remix)," according to its agency Big Hit Music on Sunday.

Hitting the milestone around 10:46 a.m. Sunday, it took around 10 months for the video to reach the mark.

"Butter (Hotter Remix)" incorporates electronic sounds in the original song "Butter," which was released a few days prior to the remix.

Other BTS music videos that recorded over 100 million views include "Fire" (2016), "Dope" (2015) and "Boy in Luv" (2014).

The music video of "Fake Love" which is the lead track of the boy band's third full-length album "Love Yourself: Tear" (2018), passed 1.1 billion views on YouTube on Saturday afternoon.

"Fake Love" ranked 10th on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart upon its release in 2018 and remained on the chart for six consecutive weeks.

The album “Love Yourself: Tear” topped the Billboard’s top 200 albums chart in 2018 as well, staying on the chart for 15 consecutive weeks.
