President-elect Yoon Suk-yeol is disappointed to see outgoing President Moon Jae-in siding with the ruling Democratic Party (DP) over bills aimed at blocking the prosecution from investigating abuse of power by administration officials and alleged illegal intervention into elections by his government. The DP is rushing to entirely strip the prosecution of investigation authority through a vote in the National Assembly.
