The complex will have a total of 809 households and will be located in the center of Okjeong District on a site measuring approximately 165,000 square meters.
Hillstate Yangju Okjeong Patio Foret offers block-type detached houses that combine the merits of a detached house and an apartment.
Community facilities will have a second floor and a basement. B5 block will have 122 households, B6 block will have 186 households, B7 block will have 160 households, B8 block will have 60 households, B9 block will have 156 households and B10 block will have 125 households.
The Okjeong District, where the complex will be built, has recently emerged as a new center in the northern region of Gyeonggi due to various infrastructure improvements including transportation, business and education.
Yangju is located within easy access of Seoul with the Seoul subway line 1, 7 and GTX-C are expected to be expanded and built nearby.
Moreover, Yangju and Gyeonggi Province along with Gyeonggi Housing & Urban Development invested 110.4 billion won ($87.1 million) to create ‘Yangju Techno Valley’ to foster high-tech industries.
With large-scale development, Yangju recorded the second-highest rise in housing prices in Gyeonggi.

The complex is surrounded by various parks such as Dokbawi Park and Seondol Park. Multiple landscape facilities are planned to be created inside and outside the complex, promoting a pleasant residential environment.
In addition, the complex has a good educational environment since all elementary, middle and high schools are located near the complex as well as college prep institutes in a central commercial district.
In the central commercial district, many restaurants and convenience facilities including movie theaters are located.
