Director Park Hoon-jung’s new film “The Witch: Part 2. The Other One” will hit local theaters on June 15. [NEW, CJ ENM]
Director Park Hoon-jung’s new film “The Witch: Part 2. The Other One” will be released in local theaters on June 15, according to distribution company New on Tuesday.
The film is a sequel to “The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion” (2018). It tells the story of a girl who comes out to the world as a lone survivor of a secret lab after it's destroyed.
Actor Kim Da-mi portrayed the role of the witch in the 2018 film. Actor Shin Si-ah was selected among more than 1,400 actors to play the new witch.
Kim will appear in the new film as well, alongside actors Park Eun-bin, Seo Eun-su, Jin Goo, Sung Yu-bin, Jo Min-su and Lee Jong-suk.
