Amore Pacific hopes to actively interact with customers through its Amore Factory. [AMORE PACIFIC]

 
Amore Pacific announced that it will open up an “Amore Factory,” which is an experience center for the product production story. Story Garden located in Amore Beauty Park in Osan, Gyeonggi, was renovated and reopened to the public on May 23.
 
Amore Factory is a space where visitors can experience Amore Pacific’s philosophy and stories of production for the past, present and future. The space consists of three floors and is covered with various fireplaces and experience elements.
 
On the first floor “FACTORY STATION,” is a factory library where visitors can experience newly produced cosmetics made within the last 30 days. Moreover, a large-scale media wall, where visitors can enjoy beautiful and exciting images captured in the manufacturing and packaging process of cosmetics, has been installed to entertain visitors.
 
“FACTORY ARCHIVE” on the second floor is an exhibition space where visitors can see the traces of Amore Pacific. Visitors can look into the changing history of its production transformation, which the company has been constantly striving to improve since its establishment as the Pacific Chemical Industry Corporation in 1945.  
 
“FACTORY WALK” on the third floor introduces customers to all the processes from manufacturing, packaging and logistics through a virtual reality tour.  
 
In addition, it shows the actual operation of skincare packaging facilities in Amore Beauty Park.  
 
“Amore Factory is a place which embodies Amore Pacific’s philosophy of trying new experiences in cosmetics as well as communication,” said an official from Amore Pacific, adding “we expect the space to become a center to check all production capabilities of the company, which pursues the best products with fine ingredients and advanced technologies.”
