Fan voting for the 2022 KBO All-Star game opens Wednesday with a total of 120 players shortlisted to compete for spots on the Dream All-Star and Narum All-Star squads.

The 2022 All-Star game is scheduled to be held on July 16 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in southern Seoul.

Fans will be able to vote for their All-Star picks on the KBO website, the KBO's mobile app and the Shinhan Bank mobile app Shinhan SOL. One vote per day is permitted on each platform, allowing each person to vote up to 78 times across the 26-day period. Real-time updates on the voting tallies will be provided each Monday.

Team voting returns this year for the first time since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. The public vote will account for 70 percent of the final tally and the team vote will account for 30 percent.

The All-Star shortlist announced on June 2 includes one player for each of the 12 positions — starter, reliever, closer, catcher, first base, second base, third base, shortstop, three outfielders and a designated hitter.

The Dream All-Star team will be drawn from the KT Wiz, Doosan Bears, Samsung Lions, SSG Landers and Lotte Giants, while the Narum All-Star team will be drawn from the LG Twins, Kiwoom Heroes, NC Dinos, Kia Tigers and Hanwha Eagles.
