Comedian Lee Soo-ji has given birth to a baby boy, her agency IHQ said Wednesday.

“Lee and the baby are healthy,” IHQ said in a statement. “Lee received congratulations from family and acquaintances and is focusing on resting.”

Lee married in March 2018 to a non-celebrity who is reported to be three years younger.

Last January, she announced that she was pregnant on MBC talk show “Radio Star” (2007-). At the time, she revealed that she had lost 17 kilograms (37 lbs) to get pregnant.

Lee debuted as a comedian in 2008 through SBS comedy show “People Looking for a Laugh” (2003-17). She later became a regular in KBS’s comedy show “Gag Concert” (1999-2020) in 2012, in which she became highly popular for her role as a voice phishing scammer in a comedy sketch.
