The second “UNI-KON” concert, where a cluster of K-pop idols under fan community platform Universe will participate, is scheduled for next month.
The concert will be held via offline on July 2 and 3 at SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Songpa, southern Seoul.
Twenty K-pop acts — Astro, Ghost9, IVE, Park Ji-hoon, The Boyz, WEi, Wiki Meki, WJSN, Wonho, Younite, Ateez, CIX, Cravity, Drippin, EPEX, Jo Yu-ri, Kep1er, Lightsum, SF9 and Yena — will perform.
The venue can host up to 3,500 people. Users of Universe can apply for a standing seat using app token “Klap” from Friday. Ticket for the concert can be purchased through local ticketing platform WeMakePrice from June 21.
UNI-KON was first hosted by the app’s developer NCSoft last year. The first concert was held online due to Covid-19 pandemic, and was viewed by some 2.6 million people in 164 countries.
Universe is a K-pop fan community app launched by NCSoft and its subsidiary Klap on Jan. 28.
