Boy band Seventeen dropped a teaser video for its upcoming song “_World” on its social media channels Friday.

The end of the teaser sees the words “Welcome to _World” written on a billboard against a desert background. According to Pledis Entertainment, the full music video will unravel a new world that Seventeen has found after a long journey.

“_World” is the lead track of the repackaged version of its fourth full-length album “Face the Sun” (2022).

Called “Sector 17,” the repackaged album will be released on July 18. It will include four new songs, including “Circles,” “Fallin’ Flower (Korean Ver.)” and “Cheers,” amounting to a total of 13 tracks.

The original version of “Fallin’ Flower” is in Japanese, which dropped in 2020.

“_World” is a funky R&B track. The underscore in the title opens all possibilities of how Seventeen and its fans are able to interpret the world in many different ways, Pledis said.

As of Friday, “Sector 17” sold over 1.2 million pre-orders.

Seventeen debuted in 2015 and consists of 13 members: S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino. It has released songs such as “Adore U” (2015), “Don’t Wanna Cry” (2017) and “Ready to Love” (2021).
