Parts of Incheon submerged due to heavy rains

Parts of Bupyeong District, Incheon, were submerged as heavy rain continued throughout the morning on Monday. As of 1 p.m., the accumulated precipitation in Incheon amounted to 87.1 millimeters (3.4 inches).
 
Fourty-four cases of rain damage were reported in Incheon as of 1 p.m., according to the Incheon Fire Department.
 
Heavy rain advisories have been issued by the Korea Meteorological Administration for much of the capital area on Monday.
