Representative Andy Kim, a New Jersey Democrat, was re-elected to a third term in New Jersey's third Congressional District on Tuesday in the United States, according to the Associated Press.

Kim, who was first elected in 2018, defeated his challenger Republican Bob Healey and won a third term in Congress.

He became the first Korean-American to serve as a Democratic congressman for a third term and the second ever, after Republican Jay Chang-joon Kim, who served in Congress in 1996.
