Singer Taeyang of Big Bang [YG ENTERTAINMENT]
YG Entertainment denied Friday rumors that Taeyang of Big Bang will be releasing a new album in January.
According to a local report, a number of insiders in the K-pop industry said that Taeyang would return in five years with new music.
However, the agency said that “nothing is confirmed regarding Taeyang’s comeback.”
Taeyang married actor Min Hyo-rin in 2018 and welcomed their first child, a son, late last year. As a member of Big Bang, the singer has released a string of hit solo songs over the years, including “Only Look at Me” (2008) and “Eyes, Nose, Lips” (2014).
Big Bang last dropped the single “Still Life” earlier this year.
