HYBE will release webtoons and web novels inspired by its upcoming Japanese boy band &Team, the entertainment company said Monday.

The HYBE original webtoon "Dark Moon: The Grey City" was made available from Monday at 10 p.m., and its web novel version will be released Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. A new episode for each of the series will be uploaded on the following Tuesdays in 10 languages.

"Dark Moon: The Grey City" tells the story of nine werewolf boys who form a brotherhood, according to HYBE.

HYBE has presented original webtoons and web novels related to artists under its management, including for boy bands BTS, Enhypen, Tomorrow X Together and girl group Le Sserafim.

&Team is a nine-member boy band set to debut on Dec. 7. Its debut song "Under the skin" and music video were already released on Nov. 22.

The band consists of Japanese members K, Fuma, Yuma, Jo, Harua and Taki, Taiwanese member Nicholas, Korean member EJ and Japanese-German member Maki.

K, Nicholas, EJ and Taki competed on Mnet and HYBE's K-pop competition show "I-Land" (2020), while the rest are from the Japanese and Korean competition show "&Audition — The Howling" (2022).
