163,000 tickets already reserved for 'Avatar: The Way of Water'

According to data from the Korean Film Council, 163,000 people have already reserved their tickets to see “Avatar: The Way of Water,” six days before the highly-anticipated film hits theaters nationwide on Dec. 14.
 
“Avatar” had its world premiere in London on Tuesday. Reviews on the film’s running time — which amounts to three hours and 12 minutes — vary, but the visual effects of the underwater world of Pandora have received positive reviews.
 
“Avatar: The Way of Water” is a sequel to the 2009 epic sci-fi film “Avatar” directed by James Cameron. The film revolves around the journey that Jake Sully and his family go on as they try to find a new home.
