Super Junior’s album 'The Road: Celebration' tops iTunes charts in 21 regions

Boy band Super Junior’s latest album “The Road: Celebration” topped the iTunes charts in 21 regions just one day after its release, according to the music streaming platform Friday.
 
The album is No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in Brazil, India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macao, Paraguay, the Philippines, Vietnam, Qatar, Japan, Mexico, Turkey, Ecuador, Peru, Egypt and Chile.
 
The lead track “Celebrate” ranked No.1 for the iTunes Top Singles chart in Paraguay, Peru and Saudi Arabia.
 
“The Road: Celebration” is the second volume of the band’s “The Road” series; The first volume, full-length album “The Road: Keep on Going” was released in July.
 
Super Junior debuted in 2005 and is best known for songs “Rokuko” (2007), “Sorry, Sorry” (2009), “Mr. Simple” (2011), “Sexy, Free & Single” (2012) and “Mamacita” (2014).
