Seventeen's Vernon to release debut solo mixtape 'Black Eye' on Dec. 23

Vernon of Seventeen will release his debut solo mixtape "Black Eye" on Dec. 23.
The singer's agency Pledis Entertainment released a teaser image of Vernon's first solo mixtape "Black Eye" on various social media accounts Friday.
The teaser image features text that reads, "Turn up the radio!"
The upcoming mixtape will be made available on various U.S. music streaming sites including iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music, and music platform SoundCloud at 2 p.m. on Dec. 23.
Vernon debuted as a member of boy band Seventeen in 2015. The group consists of 13 members: S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Woozi, Jeonghan, Joshua, DK, Seungkwan, Hoshi, Jun, The8 and Dino. It has released songs such as “Adore U” (2015), “Don’t Wanna Cry” (2017), “Ready to Love” and “Hot.”
