Korea reported 87,559 new Covid-19 cases Tuesday, the highest number in 97 days, according to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.
 
The number of critically ill patients stood at 519 and 56 deaths were reported.
 
The cumulative number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Korea is 28,305,474.
