Korea may lift the indoor mask mandate, the only Covid-19 restriction remaining, according to quarantine authorities Thursday.
The People Power Party and the government discussed lifting the indoor mask mandate in a policy meeting Thursday.
The government plans to make an announcement on Friday based on the discussion held today.
Masks indoors are likely to still be required at facilities with high risk of infection, such as hospitals and pharmacies.
