SK Telecom holds on to the top spot on the National Customer Satisfaction Index ranking of mobile communication services for the 25th straight year. [SK TELECOM]

 
SK Telecom retained the No. 1 spot in the mobile communications category on the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) for the 25th straight year in 2022.
 
SK Telecom has held on to the top spot since the NCSI survey was first introduced in 1998. Even in the rapidly changing IT world, SK Telecom has received unwavering trust and recognition from customers thanks to various innovative programs to analyze their needs and increase their convenience.  
 
SK Telecom continues to put customer satisfaction as its top priority and reflect customers’ experiences and opinions as it develops new services.
 
It proposes plans at every level to provide a better experience based on data from customers and the latest trends.  
 
SK Telecom has also developed and operates its own system to protect customers from voice phishing and cyberattacks. It prevents customers from falling prey to scam artists by suing an AI system powered by big data on voice phishing. SK Telecom is the only telecommunications company capable of blocking voice phishing calls before they ever reach customers.
 
SK Telecom offers various services connected to customers' living, including online and offline shopping, digital services and education, with unprecedented benefits through the subscription brand T Universe. In addition, T Membership was reorganized into T Membership 2.0, allowing customers to choose whether to take discounts or accumulate points.
 
SK Telecom also introduced its new AI system “A. (A dot)” in May.  
 
A. represents SK Telecom’s aim to take the lead in the AI service sector to make sure customers’ limited time can be spent on the most important things. A. takes care of annoying tasks like schedule management and voice calls, and is constantly updated through A.tv, a daily digital mate which shows video content according to customers’ tastes, and gaming center A.game.  
 
“Winning first place in this year’s NCSI is meaningful as recognition of SK Telecom’s efforts to provide the highest quality service to customers,” said Hong Seung-tae, head of customer value innovation at SK Telecom. “We will continue to become the best-loved company by customers by creating and improving services from the customers’ point of view.”
