Lunar New Year aftermath
Massive piles of Styrofoam boxes fill a recycle center in Gyeonggi on Wednesday. Korea's two major national holidays — Lunar New Year and Chuseok — produce piles of cardboard or Styrofoam boxes every year from gifts of food such as meats and fruit. While some retailers are now shifting to more environment-friendly packaging, most still use older type of packaging. [YONHAP]
