Girl group Blackpink added stops in Mexico and Australia to its ongoing world tour, its agency YG Entertainment said Wednesday.

The quartet will hold five additional performances this year in Mexico City on April 26, Melbourne on June 10 and 11 and Sydney on June 16 and 17.

The concert in Mexico City will be held at the Foro Sol stadium, making Blackpink the first K-pop girl group to perform at the venue. Major pop acts such as Coldplay, One Direction and Justin Bieber have previously performed at the venue.

Blackpink's Australian concerts mark the first time the group is performing in the country, where Rosé grew up, since 2019.

Blackpink is also set to headline the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in April and the Hyde Park British Summer Time Festival in July.
