Boy band Stray Kids will headline the Lollapalooza Paris festival, marking a first for a K-pop act, its agency JYP Entertainment said Wednesday.

Lollapalooza Paris will be held from July 21 to 23 at the Hippodrome Paris Longchamp horse-racing facility. The venue can hold up to 65,000 festivalgoers.

The eight-member band will be the headliners on the opening day, along with Rosalia and Kendrick Lamar.

Lollapalooza Paris is the French version of the Lollapalooza music festival that has been held in major cities around the world since 1991.

Stray Kids is currently on its second "Maniac" world tour series. The band is set to perform two concerts in Bangkok, Thailand, on Thursday and Friday, followed by performances in Singapore, Australia, the Philippines and the United States.

The band will also release its first Japanese full-length album "The Sound" on Feb. 22.
