Tving to stream Grammy Awards show in Korea

The 65th Annual Grammy Awards will be livestreamed through Tving in Korea this Sunday.

Local streaming service Tving will livestream this year's Grammy Awards on Sunday, the only online service to do so in Korea.

K-pop megastar BTS has been nominated for the Grammys for its third year straight. This year, BTS was nominated for the best pop duo or group performance for “My Universe” (2022), a collaboration with Coldplay. They are also vying for the best music video for “Yet To Come" (2022).

BTS had been previously nominated for the first category with “Dynamite” in 2020 and “Butter” in 2021. This year marks the first time for a K-pop act to be nominated in more than one category, though one of the nominations is for a song they are only featured in.

BTS has won trophies at other big music awards before, including the Billboard Music Awards and the American Music Awards, but has not been able to grab a Grammy yet.

This year's Grammys again features the biggest names in pop music, with Beyoncé taking nominations in nine categories and giving the singer her 88th Grammy nomination in total — the highest number for any singer in the world, along with her husband Jay Z.

Kendrick Lamar has been nominated in eight categories, Adele and Brandi Carlile in seven, and Harry Styles and Mary Jane Blige in six.

The show will start streaming at 10 a.m. Monday Korean time.
