Boy band TAN will release its EP “Essege” on March 10 to celebrate its first anniversary, announced its agency Think Entertainment on Thursday.
 
The name “Essege” “is a combination of the words Essay and Message, [the EP] will contain the essays that TAN members wrote about their thoughts and the messages that they want to relay to people in their youth,” said the agency.
 
The lead track for the upcoming EP will be “Fix YOU.”
 
The boy band will also hold its first fan meet-and-greet in Korea a day after the EP’s release at the Baekam Art Hall, Gangnam District, southern Seoul. According to the agency, the band members have strongly requested to hold its fan meet-and-greet to celebrate its anniversary.
 
The seven-member boy band debuted on March 10, 2022. TAN was formed by MBC’s survival-style audition show “Extreme Debut: Wild Idol" (2021), consists of members Lee Chang-sun, Im Joo-an, Lee Jae-jun, Seo Sung-hyuk, Kim Hyun-yeop, Bang Tae-hoon, and Kim Ji-seong. The band’s name is an acronym for "To All Nations.”
