IMM Investment forms partnership with Axe Management Partners

IMM Investment is forming a strategic partnership with Axe Management Partners, a Pan-Asia focused alternative investment firm.

IMM said it formed the partnership to provide investment solutions in Korea. A memorandum of understanding has been signed between IMM and Flow Capital Limited, which is Axe Management Partner’s holding firm.

Their plan is to collaborate on investment opportunities in the real estate sector, where the two companies will leverage their combined expertise in investing, IMM said.

Axe Management Partners will help IMM identify and execute investment opportunities across various asset classes based on their international expertise in real estate investments and development, global resources and networks.

“I believe that through the partnership with Axe Management Partners, our real estate investment platform will be fortified, and the partnership will also broaden our access to the Asian market,” said IMM Investment CEO Chang Dong-woo.

“We see great potential and opportunities in the Korean market across industries.
