Blackpink broke yet another Guinness World Record.

The K-pop girl group became the most-streamed female band in the world, according to Guinness World Records on Wednesday, with the band's songs reaching "a whopping 8,880,030,049 individual streams" on Spotify.

"As a band, Blackpink still holds multiple records including for the most subscribers for a band on YouTube as well as becoming the first K-pop group to reach No. 1 on the U.K. albums chart [female] and the first K-pop group to reach No. 1 on the U.S. albums chart [female]."

Blackpink broke the record, held previously by British pop band Little Mix by 400 million streams, according to the post. Blackpink's most popular hits contributed to the record such as "How You Like That" (2020) with 746 million streams, "Kill This Love" (2019) with 672 million and "Ddu-du Ddu-du" (2018) with 575 million.

This is the 20th time for Blackpink to break a Guinness World Record, according to the band's agency YG Entertainment.
