Consumer prices in entertainment and culture rose 4.3 percent on year in February, the biggest jump since December 2008, according to data from Statistics Korea on Tuesday. The growth was led by the price of overseas group tours. Travelers wait to go through departure procedures at Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 on Tuesday.
