Announcement: Italian restaurant Boccalino, located on the second floor of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, launched a Lunch Delight set menu. It features an Italian antipasti semi-buffet, with fresh, seasonal ingredients that are sure to tantalize taste buds. Along with this scrumptious selection, diners can also choose a main dish from a variety of options.
 
Boccalino's antipasti buffet boasts a variety of delectable options. Seafood lovers will relish the chance to try out the fresh catch of the day, while bread and salad enthusiasts can indulge in a variety of tantalizing options. Cheese lovers have a selection of artisanal cheeses, and those with a penchant for Italian hams and cold cuts will not be disappointed by the salami, coppa and prosciutto di Parma offerings.
 
For the main dish, Boccalino's menu offers five tasty choices. Pasta lovers can choose from two options, while those in the mood for something lighter can select from a fish or chicken dish. Those with a craving for red meat can delight in Boccalino's beef steak option, all for an affordable price. Options may differ depending on the availability.
 
The Delight set menu is available every day from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. On weekdays, diners can enjoy a two-course lunch with an antipasti buffet and main course including coffee or tea for 75,000 won ($57), in addition to dessert for 85,000 won. On weekends and public holidays, the four-course "Brunch Delight" includes an antipasti buffet, soup, main course, dessert, and coffee or tea, for 105,000 won per person, including tax. Note that the Delight set menu must be ordered at each table, and additional costs may apply depending on the main dish selection.
 
To make a dining experience with a Delight set even more enjoyable during the weekend, Boccalino offers a free flow of prosecco, red and white wine, and Peroni draft beer for 90 minutes at an additional cost of 75,000 won per person.
 
There is also Boccalino's "BYO Monday" promotion, where guests can bring their own wine without a corkage charge. This special promotion runs every Monday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Announcement: The second song of the original soundtrack to Fairmont Ambassador Seoul’s short-form drama "A Tale of Hoteliers" is set for release at midday today.
 
"Tomorrow, To Me," Part 2 of the show’s original soundtrack, was written to appeal to young viewers living energetic professional lives. Striking for its upbeat vocals, moving lyrics, and powerful band sound, the track contains a positive message designed to resonate with those embarking on exciting new careers.
 
Short-form drama "A Tale of Hoteliers," with a soundtrack featuring singer Kim Do-hee, is an exploration of life and work in the heart of the hotel industry. It tells the story of a young hotelier as she takes her first step into the professional world and comes to understand the passion behind her career and the true meaning of hospitality. "Tomorrow, To Me," the second installment of the drama’s original soundtrack, is set for release on multiple music platforms at 12 noon today.
 
Episode 2 of "A Tale of Hoteliers" will be uploaded to its own eponymous YouTube channel at 6 p.m. on March 20.
 
The hotel celebrates the second anniversary of its 2021 opening with "Not Just a Place to Sleep," the first-ever drama produced by a hotel, chronicling the career of a young hotelier, on March 10.
 
"Not Just a Place to Sleep," a short-form drama series about the life of a hotelier, was shot at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. It tells the story of rookie hotelier Ivy as she takes her first step into the world of work, and comes to understand the passion behind her career and the true meaning of hospitality. Ivy is played by actor Cho Eun-seo, niece of singer Song Ga-in, while the male lead character is played by musical actor Song Jae-ho.
 
 
Throughout April 16: Spectrum, the buffet dining destination at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul hotel, greets a new season with the Spring Promotion, featuring dishes crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients. 
 
The restaurant’s Korean section presents dishes made with spring greens including angelica, sedum, spring cabbage, chives and shepherd’s purse, rich in vitamins, calcium, iron and minerals. A new spring green bibimbap station offers additional healthy seasonal dining, where you can enjoy making and eating spring green bibimbap depending on your taste. A further highlight is spicy fried octopus, crafted from webfoot octopus, rich in protein and taurine, and spicy, smoky sauce.
 
Spectrum’s lunch buffet is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with dinner available from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Weekday lunch is priced at 125,000 won per person; weekday dinner at 150,000 won, and weekend lunch and dinner at 160,000 won, including tax. A 50 percent saving applies for guests aged between five and 11 years of age.

A selection of five desserts featuring the yellow and orange hues of mangoes, oranges and apricots in cute shapes is crafted to delight the eyes and palates of diners of all ages, with highlights including passion mango mousse, citrus madeleines, and mango ball panna cotta.
 
Desserts are complemented by a quintet of savory items offering ideal light meal options, including shepherd’s purse frittatas with spring greens, and burgers with wild chive tartare. Accompanied by a choice of tea or coffee, afternoon tea is priced at 100,000 won for two guests. For an extra dash of elegance, afternoon tea is also available with two glasses of Taittinger Reserve Brut NV champagne; sets including champagne are priced at 150,000 won for two guests. Afternoon tea is served daily from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., with this season’s menu available until May 31.
