Girl group Blackpink may perform for President Yoon Suk Yeol and President Biden in the U.S., Korean media reported on Tuesday.

President Yoon’s state visit set for April 26 will feature a joint culture event at a state dinner with U.S. President Joe Biden.

A welcome performance event will be held in the evening which girl group Blackpink and U.S. pop singer-songwriter Lady Gaga have been invited to perform for.

“We have received the offer and are discussing the matter,” the girl group’s agency YG Entertainment said Tuesday.

One obstacle is that the girl group is set to perform in Mexico City on April 26 and 27 as a part of its ongoing world tour series.

Blackpink is currently on its second world tour, "Blackpink World Tour [Born Pink].” The tour kicked off in KSPO Dome on Oct. 15 and 16 last year and Blackpink went on to visit 14 cities and hold 24 performances in European and North American destinations. This year the group will continue its performances in Mexico, Australia and multiple Asian countries.
