The downward trend in real estate property prices in Seoul is slowing down for the third consecutive month in April, according to a report by KB Kookmin Bank released that day. The average selling price of a housing unit in Seoul fell 0.55 percent this month compared to the previous month, following a 0.65 percent decline in March and a 0.67 percent decrease in February.[YONHAP]
