Korea reported 17,933 new Covid-19 cases Friday, down some 1,600 from the same day the previous week, according to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.
 
The number of critically ill patients stood at 180, and 15 deaths were reported.
 
The cumulative number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Korea is 31,629,442.
