The prosecution is embarrassed after its request for an arrest warrant for former special counsel Park Young-soo over his alleged acceptance of 5 billion won ($3.8 million) in bribes from an asset management company in the Daejang-dong development project was rejected by a court which cited a lack of convincing correlation between the money he received and the favor he allegedly provided to the developer.
