Kyungnam University, Schneider Electric Korea partner up to nurture talent

The signing ceremony was held Friday last week.
Kyungnam University, located in Changwon, South Gyeongsang, is a private institution founded in 1946. Schneider Electric Korea specializes in energy management and automation.
According to the university’s press release, the two will focus on educating engineers specializing in industrial automation.
The two will hold joint development projects to nurture future talent and share research labs and equipment. They will also hold seminars and workshops for students.
Suh Sang-hoon, business vice president of industrial automation at Schneider Electric Korea, said the company hopes to lead digital transition in manufacturing by nurturing talent jointly with Kyungnam University.
